Can the AX35 PRO help someone up after a fall?
Yes. The seat lowers to 6 cm (2.4 in) so it can be positioned beside a person sitting on the floor, then raises them smoothly to 50 cm (19.7 in), standard chair height. If someone may be injured after a fall, call for medical help before moving them.
How much weight does it support?
Up to 160 kg (352 lbs).
Can it be used to move someone between rooms?
Yes, for short indoor moves. Four casters and mobile dual handrails let a caregiver roll the seated user, and the flip-up armrests make side transfers to a bed, sofa or wheelchair easier. It is not designed for outdoor use or long distances.
Does it need assembly?
Light assembly only. The legs with casters attach with the included hex key and screws, and the user manual walks you through each step.
How is it powered?
It runs on a rechargeable power system. A charging cable and adapter are included in the box.
Which colour should I choose?
Both colours have the same features and specifications. Beige suits lighter interiors; Black is classic and hides everyday marks.
