Key Reminders and Exceptions:
Defect Coverage & Warranty Exclusions
A product is officially considered faulty or defective if it meets one of the following criteria upon arrival or during normal use within its designated warranty period:
Missing Parts: The package arrived from the factory without essential setup components (e.g., assembly screws, wheels, or the seat structure).
Shipping & Transit Damage: The product arrived with visible physical damage to the unit (dents, deep scratches, or crushed structural components) caused during transit.
β οΈ Critical Requirement: Shipping damage must be reported to our support desk within 24 hours of delivery. Please retain all original outer shipping boxes and packing materials, as freight carriers require packaging photos to process insurance claims.
β What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)
To maintain fairness and align with standard manufacturer warranties, the following scenarios are strictly excluded from defect coverage:
Normal Wear & Tear: Superficial cosmetic scratches on the aluminum frame or paint from regular daily use, natural tire tread wear over time, or standard fabric fading.
Misuse or Accidental Damage: Structural or mechanical damage caused by exceeding the maximum weight capacity of the device, improper folding or forced storage, or impact damage from hitting objects (such as curbs, doorframes, or vehicles).
Unauthorized Modifications: Operational or safety issues caused by altering the frame, modifying structural components, or installing third-party accessories not explicitly approved by the manufacturer.
